Washington, DC's The Office of Motion Picture and Television Development have posted a new extras casting call for Transformers 3 whenever production visits. No date was provided but I assume it will after production finishes in Detroit so maybe in September. Of note is the casting call asks if have a car and any "precision driving" experience.
